I have decided to join the blogging craze. I am looking forward to taking a moment to find out a little more about the plants I have been photographing. Exotic blooms make me think of wonderful vacations spent in Hawaii. I can smell the scent of lei flowers such as tuberose and plumeria and feel the soft kiss of tradewinds.

I love both of these photos. The color and shape of these tulips is unique. The details on the close-up are interesting too, with the pink veins.
Wow. I like them both too, but the macro is fabulous.
