I have decided to join the blogging craze. I am looking forward to taking a moment to find out a little more about the plants I have been photographing. I hope to explore all aspects of plants, flowers, trees and other garden related topics. Sorry about having to watermark the photos but there are a lot of people using them without permission.
I just was at the NYBG last Friday! I didn't see Chihuly at this point, though I did see some interesting replicas of NYC landmarks and buildings made of plant materials.

Chihuly's exhibit came to the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix this year. Interesting to see the contrast to how it was used here. Nice!

First saw some of Chihuly's work in Vegas, amazing what one can do with glass.
