I have decided to join the blogging craze. I am looking forward to taking a moment to find out a little more about the plants I have been photographing. I hope to explore all aspects of plants, flowers, trees and other garden related topics. Sorry about having to watermark the photos but there are a lot of people using them without permission.

Livin' Easy Floribunda Rose
Floribunda Rose ‘Livin’ Easy’
This rose is a great color. It also has a nice scent and good disease resistance. I have found it to be a reliable bloomer. It was introduced in 1991 by Weeks Roses. It is called ‘Fellowship’ in the UK where it was bred by Harkness Roses from the parents, ‘Southampton’ and ‘Remember Me’.
This second shot is some cool seed heads. Not sure what plant it is but I think it was one of the hardy Geraniums. Just another reason to like them. Both of these shots are from the 60mm macro lens.
Happy Fourth of July to all of the Americans out there. Somebody was planning ahead when they planted these Petunias. This was shot with the Sigma 24mm.

I am pretty sure that the seed heads are from clematis.
